Emily handles inquiries regarding building requirements and complaints about violations of the CC&Rs. Emily organizes the Architectural Control and Planning (ACP) Committee meetings and documentation. The ACP Committee reviews all exterior improvements to your home, business, or property, including decks, fences, sheds, re-roofing, painting, solar panels, and new homes. The Committee also investigates complaints received from property owners for potential violations of the CC&Rs. handles

The Fire Safety Coordinator will investigate alleged fire violations of the KRCA (formerly Clear Lake Riviera Community Association); will process such complaints as outlined in the Fire Safety Policies and Procedures adopted by the Board of Directors. Maintains “Firewise” certifications, offers fire safety information, reference materials and information in regards to high risk vegetation and removal. The Fire Safety Coordinator will be involved and/or facilitate fire safety meetings, providing materials and information for them to make informed and timely decisions.

Fire Safety is his passion! Retired from the Department of Forestry.

Collections, lien filing, wage garnishments, and/ or foreclosure proceedings. Bruce specializes in the collection processes for the HOA industry and has years of experience owning his own collection company.

The HOA Office Manager is responsible for administering all aspects of the association’s day to day business including administration, operations, recreation, Board relations, community relations, and legal compliance in an effective and efficient manner. The HOA Office Manager works with the Board and provides members and guests a safe and enjoyable environment by exhibiting direction and leadership that result in offering the best facilities, staff, and service possible. Former- California licensed property and causality agent, Medical Practice Manager, Business Owner,  Restauranter, and served as a board member on many nonprofits; community outreach; and founding member if the nonprofit organization; The Children’s Diabetes Foundation of the North Bay.”
