Kelseyville Riviera Community Association - Homeowners Association for the Riviera - Point Lakeview to Highway 29 and either side East and West.

 

Meet your Board of Directors:

 

 

Hildegard Krause - President: Assist HOA in efforts for a peaceful neighborhood. To help the members of the community to understand the importance of complying with the CCR’s- signed at time of property purchase. Helping members to understand the importance of keeping properties (structures and empty lots) clean. Firesafe, in compliance with the applicable codes and recommendations of the county/state authorities and HOA. Trying to convey to the community that the HOA actions are in the best interest of the members, but member cooperation is needed. 

 

George Bloomfield - Treasurer: I'm proud to live in Kelseyville Riviera and I'm eage to serve our membership. I'm also not afraid to speak my mind. I will support effective programs focused on fire safety, responsible property maintenance, infrastructure improvements, amenity development, and neighborhood beautification. 

 

Matt Young - Associate: As Director on the KRCA Board, I will apply my knowledge, strengths, and energy for the betterment of the Association, and the community I live in and love. 

 

Stephanie Clemons - Secretary: I was born in Southern California, but raised in Northern California. I spent the last 28 years in Fairbanks Alaska, where I raised my seven girls, two of my own and five bonus daughters. My two daughters have recently moved to Lake County with my three grandkids and we love it here! I work for Kelseyville Unified School District and I absolutely love it! I'm excited about helping out my new community!

 

Emily Finch - Vice President: Greetings! I am excited to work with the new Board members over the next year, and continue to serve the KRCA members. Let's stay focused on the supporting positivity in our community and work together to build a great neighborhood!
